Babysitter wanted for childcare in Vancouver

Hello, Matthew and I are the proud parents to Lucy, a busy 18 mon old who loves to be free range at a playground or park, but then also enjoys curling up with a pile of books or play independently with her animal friends. Shes big into snacks and meal times, but sometimes needs some extra support getting to sleep. We are located smack dab in between amazing toodler parks and drop in programs. Never a shortage of walkable places to explore. We do have a friendly, but low-needs cat. Up until now Ive been primary caregiver and work on wkds, while my husband is the opposite (looks after Lucy on wkds). We are looking for a babysitter who can help provide this mom and dad pair some time off together, to do some of the things that are important to us.
