Babysitter wanted for childcare in Victoria

We are a pretty normal working class family looking for a sitter every once in a while so that my wife and I can go out Our kids are pretty great for the most part. They love gymnastics, reading, listening to Taylor swift, riding bikes, and all that good stuff. They have been great with our past sitters. Have a very good temperament, like to be silly a lot of the time to show off. Colouring and doing puzzles are also good ways to pass the time. Our needs would likely be a Friday or Saturday once a month or so for 3-4 hours. That being said, when spring rolls around our activities and work shifts might vary a bit, and possibly have some weekday early evenings around 4pm for an hour or two. My wife and I are both Monday to Friday workers. She is the Manager at Royal jubilee psychiatric emergency department, and I own a landscape construction business. Our family likes getting out on the boat, doing some camping, enjoying sports and activities, and hanging around watching movies.
