Babysitter wanted for childcare in Waterloo

We are a family of 4 with 2 amazing boys. Our oldest is in JK and loves being outside, imaginative play, and building anything with Lego or magnitiles. Our youngest is always trying to keep up with his brother and has a kind and humorous side. My wife and I are both in education and are looking for someone to help with our morning routine. We also have a loving medium sized dog so being comfortable around dogs is important. The bus stop is right outside our house so its a short walk to get our oldest on the bus. Ideally 3 hours or so in the morning would be great.
