Senior Project Manager

We're Hiring: Project Manager – Real Estate & Production Projects Location: Seine-Maritime & Pays de la Loire, France Work Type: Hybrid (2–3 days/week on-site) Languages: French & English (B2 required) A global leader in food packaging and processing is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical and real estate projects across two industrial production sites in France. You’ll oversee key upgrades including electrical modifications, CCTV and access control systems, and production line installations. This role involves full lifecycle project delivery—from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting. Responsibilities: Deliver real estate and technical projects across production sites Manage budgets (€50K–€1M), timelines, contractors, and vendors Coordinate closely with FM, HSE, and site teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and within budget See projects through from planning to close out Work independently with 2–3 days/week on-site Requirements: 4 years' experience delivering projects in manufacturing or production environments Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle and stakeholder communications Experience within industrial/manufacturing environments e.g. industrial, pharmaceutical, production, food etc. Mechanical or electrical knowledge (preferred) Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, APMP) a plus Fluent in French and confident in English (B2 minimum) Based near Seine-Maritime or Pays de la Loire
