Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele. Title: Private Client Solicitor Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working Location: Bristol Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor: Advise clients on wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. Handle inheritance tax planning and asset protection. Manage lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications. Administer estates from start to finish. Draft legal documents such as wills and trust deeds. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide clear, practical advice tailored to individual client needs. Keep up to date with changes in private client law and regulations. Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor: 2 years PQE in private client law. Be able to handle own cases from start to finish. Take a client-focused approach to every case. Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career. Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team. Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities. Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently. Flexible approach to work to meet client deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients. Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
