Job Title: Mechanical Fitter ( Voith Fitter)Location: Burton-on-Trent, StaffordshireDuration: Contract (6 months min)Pay Rate: DOEHours :7am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am till 1pm on a Friday Own transport recommended due to location Our Client based in the Burton on Trent area are looking for Mechanical Fitters with Gearbox experience The role of the Mechanical Fitter is to build transmission and sub-assembly to a high standard. Responsibilities Understanding of vehicle mechanical interfaces and repairs of vehicle components Able to install and repair Fault find and diagnostic investigation work Mechanical knowledge Repairing or replacing parts, old and new.
