Key Responsibilities: Manual and API testing of a multi-tenant SaaS product in an Agile environment including cross-browser with an emphasis on mobile first. Collaborate with senior tech and product-focused colleagues to ensure that a fit for purpose solution can be delivered. Iterate your understanding of requirements clearly, to ensure limited wastage Produce high quality test plans, reviewing the plans of peers and direct reports as required , and as part of an overall approach to quality assurance. Implement and advocate standards and approaches agreed with the QA function Ensure that documentation to enable easy on-boarding of new team members is accurate and up to date Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification (desirable) Degree in ICT or related field (desirable) Minimum of two years software testing/ development experience and clear understanding of different testing methods Experience of testing multi-tenant Sass product(s) API testing using Postman or other tools and k nowledge of Azure Dev O ps E xperience in test design test techniques, test plan creation and test case management. S trong attention to detail, an inquiring mind and a highly detailed approach Organ i sed, efficient and capable of working in a high trust, fast paced environment Strong, open and honest communication skills and the ability to resolve challenges without conflict Ability to nurture technical and non-technical team members with practical advice based on good methodology and techniques Benefits: Annual Holiday - 25 days plus UK public holidays.
