The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality building surveying services to their diverse client base.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive building surveys and prepare detailed reports. Manage and oversee refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to completion. Provide expert advice on building defects, maintenance, and repair solutions. Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration. Mentor and support junior surveyors within the team. Requirements: Degree in Building Surveying or a related field. MRICS qualification or working towards it. Proven experience in building surveying, preferably in a consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
