Financial Controller

Part- time Financial Controller / FD (2 days per week) SW London, circa £500 per day Elite Finance Recruitment are exclusively working in partnership with a small bespoke, high-end manufacturing business based in South West London. The role being an FC/ FD level position will report to the owner / MD and support in all aspects of finance for the business. This role will require 2 days per week based in the office whilst overseeing a full-time management accountant. Key responsibilities will include : -Overseeing the small finance function including review of the cash flow forecasting, payroll and VAT returns -Preparing monthly management accounts -Budgeting and forecasting -Preparation and filing of statutory accounts -Corporation tax returns -Other adhoc duties such as import/export control including Bill of Discharge returns The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, have proven experience at FC/ FD level and be a qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA. High Proficiency in Xero and Excel Excellent analytical and problem solving skills is required This role will suit an individual whom is seeking part -time work.
