Maintenance Surveyor

• Hourly rate: £35 per hour umbrella • Location: Hybrid – Surrey • Hours: 36 hours per week • Job Type: Temp We are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join a large social housing organisation based within Surrey to cover the local region. Responsibilities within this role are for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs. Engage with customers, leaseholders, and stakeholders to ensure high standards, minimal defects, and customer satisfaction. Key Accountabilities • Deliver effective Repairs & Maintenance services, including surveys and technical reports.• Manage insurance claims and liaise with loss adjusters.• Act as technical lead during new developments handover.• Manage legal disrepair claims and complex repairs.• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure top-quality service.• Coordinate empty properties to minimize rental loss.• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive collaboration.• Update professional and personal development.
