In-House Legal Counsel (Part-Time, 3 days per week - 12 Month FTC) Specialism: General Commercial Contracts & Data Protection Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel for a 12 month fixed-term contract, to support a dynamic and fast-paced business with a particular focus on general commercial contracts and data protection. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), remote, with the need to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements, NDAs, and SaaS contracts. Provide practical and commercially focused advice on data protection compliance, including drafting and reviewing data processing agreements and privacy notes. Assist with internal compliance programmes, including supporting on GDPR and UK data protection law. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience supporting general commercial matters. Capable of negotiating contracts and DP schedules independently. Available to start immediately.
