Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including complex contract disputes, shareholder and partnership issues, and other high-stakes business-related disputes. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the future of the team while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and team development. Work closely with clients to develop effective strategies, providing strategic advice and overseeing case progress. Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's commercial litigation offering, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm by identifying new business opportunities and engaging in networking activities. What We're Looking For: A highly experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a proven track record in managing complex disputes and ideally with experience of leading a team. Strong expertise in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contracts, shareholder disputes, and business-related conflicts. Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others. A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex legal matters while delivering practical solutions for clients. A strong business development focus, with a track record of successfully attracting and retaining clients.
