Estates Manager Recruitment Agency reference: J87492 A position has arisen for an Estates Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in the Northern Home Counties on a temporary – ongoing contract. This role is mainly responsible for contract management and dealing with compliance. Your duties will include: Providing engineering and building services leadership, ensuring effective maintenance programs Developing the estate operations in line with the corporate objectives Efficient and effective management of contractors including specialist contractors dealing with highly complex plant and equipment Plan and organise engineering and building services shut downs or connections for maintenance or new works Ensuring that remedial works identified by ppm/compliance/mandatory checks and tests are undertaken to a suitable standard and in a timely manner The successful candidate should have: You must have previous experience of managing engineers Technical Maintenance knowledge and be Electrically or Mechanically biased
