Transactional Role (Finance, Funds, Corporate)

We have instructions on a superb transactional/advisory role in the Channel Islands. This is a great opportunity for a junior/mid-level Lawyer seeking top-level work in a location, offering low tax salaries and a high standard of living. You will be advising leading clients including global corporates, funds, financial institutions, and public bodies, primarily on funds and finance matters, as well as on some general corporate work. We are seeking a Lawyer with (approximately) between two and four years' PQE, who is keen and able to discuss opportunities in the Channel Islands. You must have current or recent experience in a London or leading national/regional law firm, together with a good academic record.
