Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Finance Business Partner to work a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave, to contribute to our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will work closely with departments across our not-for-profit organisation to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the not-for-profit sector, with a focus on providing sustainable housing solutions. With a strong emphasis on community wellbeing and development, they have a dedicated workforce working tirelessly to make a difference in Bolton. Description Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights and advice. Assisting in strategic decision-making processes by providing accurate financial projections. Participating in budgeting and forecasting exercises. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Performing financial analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders. Supporting the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. Contributing to the overall financial strategy of the organisation. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office. Job Offer An estimated salary range of £34,500 - £42,600. Flexible working arrangements.
