They now wish to appoint an Operations and H&S Manager to facilitate future success, and continue on the upward trajectory.In this role, you will be responsible for Health & Safety, installation quality, and operational delivery across the business. You will also manage the Operations Support Team, promoting skill development and leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.This role would suit a seasoned construction professional with a strong operational and H&S background, ideally with experience working with Roof-top solar.
