Duties Managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts. Conducting legal research and analysis. Reviewing title documentation and source of funds. Taking instructions from clients. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
