Selected candidate day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Campaign execution: 1. Support in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns. 2. Help with content creation, post scheduling, and performance tracking. B. Sponsorship research and coordination: 1. Identify potential sponsorship opportunities for events, partnerships, or campaigns. 2. Reach out to brands and maintain communication with potential sponsors. 3. Assist in creating sponsorship decks and proposals. 4. Keep track of sponsor deliverables and ensure commitments are met. C. Market research: 1. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences. 2. Prepare reports to support strategy development. D. Social media management: 1. Draft posts, manage scheduling tools, and monitor performance. 2. Engage with followers and help grow the audience. E. Content creation: 1. Draft marketing content like social captions, blogs, emails, and ad copies. 2. Create basic visuals using Canva or similar tools. F. Data entry and analytics: 1. Maintain marketing spreadsheets and help with weekly/monthly reporting. 2. Analyze data from social platforms, email campaigns, and website metrics. G. Event and campaign support: 1. Assist in planning and coordinating events, both online and offline. 2. Handle logistics, communication, and post-event follow-up. H. Team collaboration: 1. Work with design, product, and sales teams for integrated campaigns. 2. Contribute ideas in brainstorming and team meetings. I. Administrative support: 1.
