Visit Health — Empowering workplaces with accessible, affordable, and impactful healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Conduct security assessments on web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservices. Collaborate with developers to remediate identified vulnerabilities. Perform threat modeling and code reviews for critical components. Integrate security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines. Develop and maintain secure coding guidelines and awareness training. Monitor and respond to application security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams. Assist with compliance and regulatory audits (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 27001). Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends. Must-Have: 2–5 years of experience in Application Security or related InfoSec roles. Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and modern web/mobile architectures. Familiarity with security testing tools like Burp Suite, ZAP, Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, etc. Experience working with developers in Agile environments. Knowledge of common authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML). Nice-to-Have: Experience in a healthcare or regulated industry (HIPAA, GDPR knowledge a plus). Security certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or CSSLP. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes security.
