Program Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Program Analyst to serve as a critical enabler of operational execution within our Product and Technology organization. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of business metrics, operations, program management, product thinking, and engineering awareness. You will be responsible for ensuring that the roadmap delivery and operational KPIs across product and tech stay on track. If something slips — whether it’s a service SLA, availability drop, release delay, or customer-impacting issue — you’re the first one to flag it, assess the risk, ensure action and take it to closure . Key Responsibilities ● Metrics Guardian: Monitor key product and tech KPIs — like uptime, availability, CX SLAs, payment failures, feature usage, search conversion, etc. — and flag deviations. ● Program Execution Tracker: Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, and PgMs to track roadmap progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery of critical initiatives. ● Escalation Management: Ensure that any slippage in delivery, backlog in resolution, or metric deterioration is highlighted with the right urgency and actioned by the right owners. ● Ops & Delivery Reviews: Institutionalize weekly and monthly execution reviews. Lead the preparation of delivery dashboards, red/amber/green health reports, and risk summaries. ● Cross-functional Closure Driver: Follow up across teams and ensure all open action items — across tech, product, and business — are being driven to closure with discipline. ● Product; Tech-Aware Thinking: While not a tech/product owner yourself, you must understand the life cycle of feature builds, tech debt, infra projects, and cross-functional dependencies well enough to assess risks and unblock. What We are Looking For ● 12–15 years of relevant experience in a product/tech-centric environment (e.g., e- commerce, SaaS, platform companies). ● Strong program management foundation: working backward from goals, managing escalations, and tracking multiple initiatives in parallel. ● Excellent analytical mindset: familiar with basic data tools and comfortable interpreting dashboards and metrics. ● Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability across levels, especially in cross-functional setups. ● Comfortable with structured documentation and driving crisp, action-oriented meetings. ● Basic understanding of SDLC, product feature delivery, and platform/infra scale-ups.
