Inside Sales Consultant

Important: This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Elante Offices, Chandigarh. Work from Home (WFH) is NOT available for this position. Position Description: Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets by converting incoming leads into paying customers. Present, promote, and sell health and diet programs using clear, convincing communication to existing and prospective clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Share customer feedback to help improve products and services. Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or similar customer-facing roles. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand diverse customer needs and build lasting relationships. Familiarity with CRM practices and sales software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A proactive, goal-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
