Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager located in Srinagar. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with product management to define product roadmaps. Responsibilities Own and execute the full marketing strategy across content, SEO, product launches, and lead gen. Create developer-focused content: blog posts, landing pages, use cases, email campaigns, etc. Improve SEO and grow organic traffic through targeted content and link-building. Plan product/feature launches and craft messaging that resonates with software developers and product teams. Manage website updates and performance tracking using analytics tools. Build Cryptlex’s presence across LinkedIn, GitHub, and relevant tech communities. Experiment, measure, iterate—optimize everything from sign-up funnels to email conversion. You’ll thrive if you have: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (bonus if it’s a developer-focused product). Excellent written communication and content creation skills. Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and inbound marketing best practices. Ability to work independently, wear multiple hats, and get things done.
