Senior Manager – Projects & Execution

About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Projects & Execution to lead the complete execution function of our elevator and infrastructure vertical. This leadership role demands a proven track record in handling high-value projects, team development, vendor management, statutory compliance, and delivering operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, supervise, and manage the entire project execution lifecycle for multiple elevator and infrastructure projects across NCR and beyond. • Take ownership of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of turnkey projects — including civil, structural, electrical, and lift installation works. • Build and guide a team of engineers, supervisors, vendors, and contractors for efficient project execution. • Liaise with elevator OEMs, government authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth coordination and progress. • Oversee all statutory processes including lift licensing, third-party inspections, and regulatory liaisoning. • Maintain a strong focus on quality control, safety standards, and cost optimization. • Prepare and review project performance metrics, profit margins, site progress reports, and client communication reports. • Drive vendor development and resource planning to support ongoing and upcoming projects. • Address technical challenges, site escalations, and customer concerns with timely and effective resolutions. • Act as the execution face of the organization while ensuring the company’s reputation is upheld through professionalism and on-time delivery. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional project teams. • Excellent knowledge of elevator systems, civil & MEP works, and site coordination. • Proficiency in vendor management, statutory compliance, and contract handling. • Ability to interpret complex site drawings, BOQs, and project documentation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management. • Comfortable with frequent site visits and dynamic fieldwork across multiple project locations. Preferred Experience: • Previous experience managing elevator or infrastructure projects worth ₹1 Cr. • Worked with or handled OEM collaborations such as KONE, Schindler, Otis, TK Elevator, etc. • Prior exposure to modernization/replacement of lifts, licensing processes, and government tenders is a plus.
