Quantity Surveyor (Power Plant Project Experience)

Company : Top MNC Company Designation – Quantity Surveyor Payroll : Authentic Staffing Agency Location – Colaba, Mumbai (Maharashtra) Salary : 15-20 Lacs Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Civil Experience : Civil engineer with 12-15 years’ experience. Power plant project experience is preferred. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must. Brief Scope (i) Thoroughly understand the civil contracts and the billing schedule (ii) Review contractor’s invoices and compare with the contractual billing schedule. (iii) Coordinate with Site for verifying the quantities billed by contractor (iv) Identify deviations / variations from the contractual billing schedule and recommend amounts to be paid (v) Monitor work completion by contractor and provide weekly updates to management (vi) Assist in resolution of issues / variations / claims by contractor.
