Project Manager - Green field Project

Project Head The person will lead the development and execution of our upcoming greenfield project in Baddi (Himachal) later on to Odisha BE Civil with Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on greenfield projects. Proven experience in land liaison, vendor management, and contract negotiations We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation to completion . The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while optimizing resources and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with business object ives. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, procurement, and logistics. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Prepare PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) reports. Key Requirements: Proven experience in manufacturing project management . Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
