We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of University Partnerships to build and strengthen strategic relationships with higher education institutions worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in university partnerships, student recruitment, or business development in the international education sector. You will play a key role in expanding our university network, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring long-term collaboration success. Roles & Responsibilities: 1️⃣ Partnership Development & Strategy ✅ Identify, approach, and onboard new university partners globally. ✅ Develop and execute strategies to expand Uniexperts.io’s network of institutions. ✅ Negotiate agreements, MOUs, and contracts with universities, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. ✅ Strengthen relationships with universities to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 2️⃣ Relationship & Stakeholder Management ✅ Act as the primary liaison between Uniexperts.io and partner institutions. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, including admissions teams, international office directors, and recruitment teams. ✅ Ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction among university partners. ✅ Organize regular meetings, training sessions, and networking opportunities for partners. 3️⃣ Market Research & Growth Strategy ✅ Stay up to date with industry trends, student mobility patterns, and regulatory changes in key study destinations. ✅ Identify market gaps and emerging opportunities to enhance Uniexperts.io’s university offerings. ✅ Provide data-driven insights to optimize partner acquisition and retention strategies. 4️⃣ Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination ✅ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Processing teams to ensure smooth university-student-agent interactions. ✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that university agreements are well-implemented and deliver desired outcomes. ✅ Support the development of marketing and promotional materials targeted at university partners. 5️⃣ Performance Tracking & Reporting ✅ Monitor university partnership performance and analyze key metrics. ✅ Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team. ✅ Ensure university partners achieve their student recruitment goals through our platform. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience in university partnerships, international recruitment, or business development within the higher education sector. Strong network and relationships with universities and higher education institutions. Proven ability to negotiate contracts, develop partnerships, and drive student recruitment success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
