For more information, please visit: https://www.livspace.com/ Job Description Performance Marketing Manager – D2C Focus We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in D2C to own and scale all paid marketing efforts across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing digital campaigns for ROI, understands the nuances of driving eCommerce growth, and is passionate about building full-funnel strategies that convert across both marketplaces and owned websites. Responsibilities: Own all paid media channels end-to-end , including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization, in collaboration with our digital agency partners. Develop high-performance digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, boost conversions, and maximize ROI across all D2C touchpoints. Build and manage channel-wise marketing budgets across geographies, ensuring capital-efficient spending and measurable growth outcomes. Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to roll out performance-focused communication across all digital assets and customer journeys. Drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness using advanced analytics, marketing attribution models, and funnel performance data. Work closely with product and brand marketing teams to design and execute integrated 360° campaigns that resonate with today’s digital-first consumers. Constantly explore new tools, platforms, and best practices in the performance marketing and eCommerce landscape to stay ahead of the curve. Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate new ideas, with clearly defined success metrics and rapid feedback loops. External Skills And Expertise Graduate or similar Should have a relevant industry experience of 3-5 years Expert understanding of all digital marketing channels - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, Taboola, etc. Working experience in advanced excel Deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation and attribution models best aligned with the channel strategy Strong understanding of A/B testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies on facebook google platforms Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through digital marketing Ability to think through the user journeys and optimize communication on all touchpoints Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge in Digital Marketing Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Should have a proven expertise in handling B2C marketing with a recognised brand (preferably in the tech/startup domain) and should be currently handling a monthly budget of 1cr or above. Should be currently in a role where he/she manages an internal execution team or an agency. Should have a previous hands on experience on Facebook Google marketing tools
