As a leading IB World School, we’re looking for a passionate Biology & ESS Facilitator to guide students through meaningful scientific exploration and real-world environmental challenges. What You’ll Do: Deliver dynamic and rigorous instruction in MYP Biology , DP Biology , and DP Environmental Systems & Societies (ESS) Develop unit plans, lesson strategies, and assessments aligned with IB expectations Foster a spirit of inquiry, scientific thinking, and environmental consciousness Guide students through Internal Assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EEs), and Personal Projects Employ diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to support all types of learners Collaborate on interdisciplinary units and support whole-school sustainability efforts Encourage student participation in science fairs, eco clubs, and project-based learning Contribute actively to school events, PD sessions, and curriculum planning Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and peers Uphold the academic rigor and values of the IB Programme What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biology , Environmental Science , or a related discipline IB teaching experience (MYP/DP) or certification strongly preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in progressive or international schools In-depth knowledge of lab practices, environmental education, and scientific inquiry Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills Proficiency in using edtech tools and digital platforms for instruction Relocation Support: We welcome dedicated educators from across India and overseas who are open to relocating to Vijayawada .
