Should have intense passion to create an impact in students life and must be excellent in communication. Responsibilities 1. Training Program Delivery 2.Capability to implement inspirational project involving students, teachers, and management. 3.Provide counselling, instruction, and mentoring for those struggling with social , emotional , and behavioural problem 4.Demonstrate knowledge of counselling theories and use appropriate assessment and diagnostic procedures for determining and structuring individual and group counselling services 5.Increase children’s confidence and gain their trust to share their problems, help them cope with painful emotions, and deal with their difficulties in institutional life. 6. Encourage and motivate the children through behavior modification exercises 7. Maintain an organized, functional, and up-to-date reports 8. Follow the policy 'When you are in Rome, be a Roman'.
