Brand & Media Partnerships Manager

This is a full-time role at TOTALIS in Colaba for a Brand & Media Partnerships Manager. The Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships across the brand, content, and media landscape including collaborations that elevate our original IPs and talent-led projects. About Totalis Totalis is a newly founded media company & creative agency, producing original content and building brands for our partners. Our team is passionate about creating compelling content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. Open Positions: 1 Location: Mumbai (On-site) Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential brand and media partners aligned with our IPs, talent, and content strategy. Develop creative outreach strategies to initiate conversations and build strong, long-term relationships with potential partners. Lead partnership negotiations and oversee contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate closely with internal teams (content, video, strategy) to integrate brand and media partnerships into campaigns and original productions. Manage ongoing partnerships, nurturing relationships and uncovering opportunities for deeper engagement or expansion. Stay on top of media, brand, and cultural trends to spot new partnership opportunities and strategic angles. Maintain a well-organized database of current and prospective partners. Track and report on partnership performance metrics and key KPIs. Qualifications: A proven track record in brand or media partnerships, ideally within the media, entertainment, or creative industry. Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring deals and managing brand collaborations. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the brand, media, and content landscape knowing what’s trending, what’s next, and what matters. Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and partnerships at once. A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and results-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
