Key Responsibilities: Team Lead ,People Manager, accountable for team performance in procurement. Responsible to conduct Daily, weekly and Monthly review on Material availability. Purchasing all kinds of parts like Casting, forging, Machining ,sheet metal parts ,Wiring harness, Display, Lighting, Motor, DC-DC & BMS parts from domestic/Import vendors. To ensure suppliers capacity and capability to meet production demand. Review the critical supplier and drive preventive action plan To drive improvements in various aspects of the supply chain- OTD, Inventory management, lead time reduction and cost saving. Familiarity with JIT, Kanban & VSM Work with quality team to continue improve the supplier quality performance Handling ECN changes, BOM changes, coordination with design team and engineering team Preparing the MIS report and analysis to the management. Ensures compliance, safety standards and sustainability with the company. Planning and control towards no premium freight. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in engineering or Supply chain Management is preferred. 10-12 years of strong experience in supply chain Has Extensive experience interfacing with strategic suppliers and managing relationships SAP knowledge the mandatory Excellent communication skills and people skills
