Job Description We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Employee Assistance Executive with a strong background in exit management. This role requires an individual with a solid understanding of HR processes, conflict resolution, and employee engagement, as well as specialized knowledge in managing exits with sensitivity and professionalism. A degree in psychology is highly preferred to bring a deeper understanding of human behavior, motivations, and organizational dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the exit process, conducting exit interviews, identifying trends in employee turnover, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees. Additionally, this role will involve providing support and guidance on employee relations matters throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Exit Management : Manage the end-to-end exit process, including conducting exit interviews, preparing exit reports, and facilitating the smooth transition of departing employees. Collect and analyze feedback from exiting employees to identify patterns and trends that could inform retention strategies. Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations during employee separation. Provide insights to management on reasons for turnover and suggest strategies for improving employee retention. Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employees regarding grievances, concerns, or conflicts, ensuring that issues are resolved fairly and promptly. Mediate between employees and management to address workplace issues and promote a positive organizational culture. Maintain a fair and consistent approach in managing employee relations matters in accordance with labor laws and company policies. Psychological Support : Utilize knowledge in psychology to better understand the emotional and psychological factors that contribute to employee turnover and disengagement. Provide support to both departing and remaining employees to ensure that the transition is smooth and that morale remains high. Offer guidance to HR and management on handling sensitive employee relations issues, particularly in conflict resolution. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of exit interviews and other relevant documentation. Prepare regular reports for HR leadership regarding employee relations trends, exit feedback, and retention metrics. Policy and Process Improvement : Recommend improvements to the employee relations strategy based on data and feedback from exit interviews. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes related to employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Key Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : 1 year of experience in an employee relations or HR role with a focus on exit management. Proven experience conducting exit interviews, analyzing turnover data, and recommending actionable improvements. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of labor laws and employee rights. Strong understanding of psychological principles as they apply to workplace behavior, stress, and conflict management.
