Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, coordinating candidate communications, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting in the smooth running of the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, managing communication throughout the recruitment process. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through to offer. Recruitment Process Support: Assist in posting job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Review incoming resumes and applications to ensure they meet the job requirements, forwarding suitable candidates to the hiring manager. Maintain and update recruitment databases with candidate details and status updates. Assist in drafting offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation. Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all candidate-related activities, including interview notes, feedback, and hiring decisions. Keep track of candidate progress and communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders. Support the onboarding team with the transition of successful candidates into their new roles. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain recruitment activity reports and provide insights on recruitment KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Track recruitment expenses and assist with the preparation of cost-effective recruitment strategies. Ensure all recruitment data is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings, handling emails, and preparing recruitment-related presentations. Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, or company recruitment drives. Liaise with external recruitment agencies and ensure smooth coordination of candidate profiles. Qualifications: Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Certification or courses in recruitment and HR administration would be an added advantage. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within recruitment or HR. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
