Job Title: Fusion Core HR Redwood Consultant Location : Hyderabad Experience : 7-12 Years Job Typ e: Contract to Hire Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 15 days kindly find the job description below Fusion Core HR Redwood Consultant 1. The candidate is expected to have 8 - 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM). 2. The candidate must have expert working experience in Core HR along with setting up of Workflows, Personalizations and Security in Fusion HCM (Oracle HCM Cloud) 3. The candidate should possess in-depth understanding of Fusion HCM Cloud business process and their data flow. 4. The candidate should have been in client facing roles for Fusion HCM Projects and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live. 5. The candidate should have good experience in Organizational Structure design, configuration of Enterprise Structure, Reference Data Sets, Legal Entities, PSU, LDG, Business Units, and setup of Workforce Structures in Fusion HCM 6. The candidate should have good experience in configuration of Jobs, Positions, Grade, Grade Ladder, and setup of Position Synchronization within Fusion HCM 7. The candidate should be familiar with the details of HR transactions in Fusion HCM such as Employee Transfers, Global Transfers and Terminations, Employee Temporary Assignment Setup and date tracking in Fusion HCM 8. The candidate should have good experience in the configuration of Approvals and Workflows for Fusion HCM Transactions and approval hierarchy 9. Should be involved in the creation and customization of Value Sets, Lookups, Action and Action Reasons and Flex Fields in Fusion HCM 10. The candidate should have good experience in configuration of Roles, Security profiles, AORs within Fusion HCM 11. Should have good experience in the configuration of checklists/journeys in Core HR 12. Candidate should possess good experience in enabling Redwood UI along with VBS for Oracle SaaS Cloud Core HR module 13. Possess good understanding of the profile options necessary for enabling Redwood for Core HR Transactions 14. Possess Good understanding of the issues related to Redwood UI enablement for Core HR pages and their resolution process 15. Ability to guide the customer and the team on the best practices on Redwood enablement 16. Have good experience in re-doing/migrating necessary customizations/personalizations in Redwood using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) 17. Possess the ability to use Visual Builder Studio (VBS) to configure and extend Oracle Cloud applications. 18. Possess Good experience of applying business validations on the page, defaulting fields based on region/location/BU/LOB, using bind variables on the UI pages 19. Have good experience of working in Express mode to work with Constants, Business Rules, Page Properties etc. to support business requirements. 20. Have good understanding of the ability to Enable/hide fields w.r.t to the context (ex. Manager / Employee/ HR Manager) 21. Possess good experience of bringing and integrating Journeys on the pages 22. Good experience of enabling Reports/ Dashboard on the standard pages 23. Possess Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion Web Services(SOAP/REST) 24. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills 25. Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment
