In-depth knowledge of HP 3PAR storage systems, including configuration, provisioning, and troubleshooting. 2. Strong understanding of storage protocols, including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS. 3. Experience with storage management software, including HPE 3PAR OS and HPE Infosight. 4. Design, implement, and manage HP 3PAR storage systems, including configuration, provisioning, and troubleshooting. 5. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of HP 3PAR storage systems. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HP 3PAR storage with other infrastructure components. 7. Develop and maintain documentation for HP 3PAR storage systems, including configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices. 8. Provide Level 3 support for HP 3PAR storage-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. 9. Stay up to date with the latest HP 3PAR features, updates, and best practices. 10. Participate in capacity planning, performance optimization, and storage upgrades. 11. Collaborate with vendors, including HPE, to resolve issues and implement new features.
