LoRaWAN Network Engineer

We're Hiring: LoRaWAN Network Engineer (Contract to Hire) Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Experience: 5 Years Are you a skilled network engineer with a passion for IoT and wireless connectivity? We’re seeking a LoRaWAN Network Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore on a Contract-to-Hire basis. In this role, you’ll help design, deploy, and manage LoRaWAN-based solutions that connect the real world to digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and configure complete LoRaWAN network architectures , including gateway connectivity (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular) and network server setup (ChirpStack, The Things Stack, etc.). Integrate sensors and IoT devices into the LoRaWAN network—provisioning, configuring, and ensuring successful installations in the field. Apply deep RF design principles to optimize signal coverage, reduce interference, and maximize battery life. Troubleshoot network and device issues through uplink/downlink analysis, MAC command inspection, and diagnostics tools. Manage global frequency plan compliance and understand regional regulations (EU868, US915, AU915, AS923, etc.). What You Bring 5 years of experience in LoRaWAN network design, RF planning, and sensor integration Strong expertise in LoRaWAN protocols, RF fundamentals, and low-power network optimization Hands-on experience with gateways, sensors, and backend network server platforms Ability to perform field deployments and troubleshoot both hardware and connectivity issues Understanding of global frequency plans and region-specific constraints Nice to Have Familiarity with platforms like ChirpStack , The Things Network (TTN) Background in smart infrastructure, industrial IoT, or environmental monitoring Scripting (e.g., Python, Bash ) for configuration and automation Why Join Us?
