We’re looking for a Content Creator who can generate fresh ideas, produce engaging content, and bring our brand to life through storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative thinker, skilled communicator, and natural presenter who enjoys ideating, hosting, and executing content that enhances employee engagement and employer branding. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Ideation – Develop creative content ideas that reflect MSBC’s culture, employee experiences, and workplace activities. Video & Social Media Content – Plan and oversee Reels, Shorts, and video content around employee stories, company milestones, trending topics, and office events. Hosting & Engagement – Confidently present, interview, and engage with employees for video content, podcasts, and live sessions. Event & Activity Promotion – Collaborate on in-office events, team building and celebrations , by ideating and hosting events and activities, helping to create engaging content. Collaboration with Creatives – Work alongside Design and Video editor colleagues to develop high-quality multimedia content . Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital storytelling. Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form content, and audience engagement . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in front of the camera. Eye for photography and videography nuances (Lighting / positioning etc). Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of Social Media platform features (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas independently.
