If you are a seasoned leader in display technologies with a passion for driving excellence in design, manufacturing, and technology integration — we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end R&D for LED TVs — from concept to launch. Integrate emerging technologies to enhance product performance and user experience. Stay updated on global market trends and competitor products. Provide technical support to production teams and resolve design/engineering bottlenecks. Drive process improvements and cost optimization across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with OEMs/clients for co-development and customization. Oversee product testing , reliability validation, and compliance. Lead initiatives for quality enhancement and BOM/part cost reductions. Build and mentor a high-performing R&D team with a culture of innovation. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Strong background in LED TV / display technologies or consumer electronics. Proven experience in new product development and ODM/OEM environments . Expertise in system architecture , display integration, and design validation. Experience in BOM cost optimization , DFM (design for manufacturability), and quality control.
