Job Description: 5-7 years of experience in Axway's MFT Cloud platform Experience in New implementation of Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) Building environments, setting up configurations, working with product vendor to troubleshoot issues Experience in migrating MFT components from IBM Sterling to Axway MFT Certified in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) Deploying, configuring, and upgrading Axway MFT solutions in Azure cloud environment Designing and implementing customized Axway MFT solutions to meet specific customer requirements Ensuring security and compliance standards are met within the MFT environment, including PCI DSS compliance. Working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions. Monitoring MFT operations, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to customers. Leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions and representing the team in customer-facing events. MFT Solutions: Axway SecureTransport, Flow Manager, etc. Additional Skills - Good to Have: Prior experience of working in IBM Sterling MFT and MQ will be much appreciated Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript), and related technologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Infrastructure as Code: Terraform. Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner . Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams . Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud technologies and their application to MFT . Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize MFT performance and security . Mandatory Skills: Experience in New implementation of Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT),Building environments, setting up configurations, working with product vendor to troubleshoot issues Experience in migrating MFT components from IBM Sterling to Axway MFT.
