We are a world-class engineering company founded on innovation and expertise, with a goal to build sustainability, lead technology, and Shape Industry. ⚠️ Note: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for a contract role (on third-party payroll ) to support our business in the capital equipment sector . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer success and driving business impact in industrial markets. Responsibilities: Be accountable to meet the annual sales budget, focusing on top-line growth. Identify and acquire new customers for shot blasting and surface finishing products & solutions, with specific targets for each Wheelabrator application in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships at the highest levels within customer organizations, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction. Drive sales across Northern India, covering Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh, meeting set targets for both equipment and paid services. Analyze inquiries, qualify potential leads, and prepare well-structured proposals in coordination with the HO application/engineering team, ensuring timely submission and follow-ups. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for effective pipeline tracking and customer engagement. Monitor industry trends, customer activities, and competitive movements to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Organize and participate in sales symposiums, customer events, and industry associations to strengthen market presence and generate business opportunities. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree , preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering , Business Management , or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment sales , sales coordination , or customer service , preferably in the Automotive, Earthmoving, Forging, Fabrication, Foundry , or Die-Casting industries. Candidates with knowledge of surface finishing processes will have an added advantage . Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential. Competencies: Demonstrated experience in handling administrative and coordination tasks with a high standard of quality. Enthusiastic, result-oriented , and possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Open to extensive travel across the region for business development and client meetings. Solid knowledge of capital equipment sales processes and commercial terms . A team player with the ability to uphold company integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales-related applications or tools. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Strong leadership , interpersonal abilities , and a desire to learn and grow. Awareness of current market regulations and industry trends . A go-getter with a growth mindset and passion for customer engagement.
