Job Title: 3D Visualizer, Bandra Job Type: Full-Time Experience 8 to 10 Years Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 10 years of experience in drafting and design within various sectors, including but not limited to architecture, engineering, and construction. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in creating precise technical drawings and plans that support project objectives and adhere to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create, modify, and review technical drawings and plans using CAD software. - Collaborate with interior designers, architects and project managers to understand project specifications and requirements. - Prepare detailed drawings of sites , structures, and systems from sketches or verbal instructions. - Ensure accurate representation of materials, dimensions, and other specifications in all drafts. - Conduct site visits to gather measurements and confirm design specifications as necessary. - Maintain organized digital files and document control for all draft materials. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all drafted materials. - Provide cost estimates and material take-offs based on design criteria. - Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to drawings based on input from team members or clients. - Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and best practices in drafting and design. Relevant Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Vray and Sketchup - Strong knowledge of drafting standards, building codes, and construction methodologies. - Excellent spatial awareness and a high level of attention to detail. - Ability to visualize concepts in three dimensions and communicate them clearly. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Problem-solving aptitude to address design challenges and deliver effective solutions. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is advantageous. - Familiarity with various design disciplines, including civil, mechanical, or electrical drafting. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a drafting role. - Certification from a recognized drafting or design institution is a plus
