Human Resources Manager

Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai (Hybrid) Company: Digiqt Technolabs Experience: 3 years Type: Full-time IT EXPERIENCE IS MUST We’re looking for a proactive and people-first HR Manager who can build and scale our HR function across locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, believes in building a strong company culture, and has a solid foundation in HR best practices. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Work closely with leadership to define hiring needs across tech and non-tech roles. Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollouts. Build Digiqt’s employer brand across job portals, LinkedIn, and tech communities. People Operations & Engagement Design and execute onboarding programs that enhance employee experience. Drive employee engagement through initiatives, events, surveys, and one-on-ones. Implement and evolve performance review frameworks and feedback systems. HR Policy, Compliance & Admin Draft and maintain HR policies (leave, remote work, code of conduct, etc.). Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle contracts, NDAs other guidelines. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and employee database management. Culture & Growth Partner with leadership to foster a strong, collaborative, and transparent culture. Run learning & development programs and facilitate team growth initiatives. Act as a sounding board and HR business partner for team members and managers. Requirements 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or tech company. Proven experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy creation. Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at all levels. Self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach — we love doers Familiarity with HR tools like Zoho People, Keka, Freshteam, or similar is a plus.
