Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage client records, coordinate internal communication, and ensure smooth backend workflow. You will act as a vital bridge between the consulting team and our clients, ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize client databases, consultation logs and progress reports Handle client onboarding documents, payment receipts and feedback forms Oversee scheduling of appointments, weekly follow-ups and reminders Coordinate internal communication between Nutritionists Admins & Front Desk Assist in maintaining daily performance dashboards and weekly reports Manage inventory and logistics of office supplies and wellness kits Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely documentation Support digital communication (emails, WhatsApp, feedback responses, etc.) Assist with basic finance and billing entries (in coordination with accountant) Required Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi preferred) Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Team spirit with problem-solving approach Prior experience in healthcare or wellness sector is a plus Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce, Administration, or relevant field Fresher May Apply Preference will be given to candidates from healthcare, clinic, or wellness backgrounds ✨ Why Join Us?
