We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Manager, to join our team based in one of the sites in India. Job Description • In charge of a Particular Project or Multiple Projects as assigned • Lead, Organize & manage direct supervisors, Contractor / Subcontractor, resources & field activities to achieve an efficient & effective completion of the contract within the agreed time & cost, whilst paying due regard to safety & meeting quality requirements. • Plan, build and integrate the site team so as to ensure seamless working • Carry out constructability reviews • Review & Reporting of daily, weekly & monthly planned schedule v/s the actual progress, as per the look ahead program and critical analysis of the gap (if any). • Preside over the meetings with the subcontractors and identify the short comings in the progress of work. • Represents company in front of the client w.r.t. HSE, Quality and Progress of the Unit. • HSE and Quality Management Functional support • Good Written and Spoken Communication Skills and understanding of Contract Qualification and Experience:- BE/B-Tech with minimum experience of 15 Years or Diploma with Minimum experience of 20 years. For all the positions, the candidate should have worked as a Construction Manager for at least 1 EPC / LSTK Job in Oil and Gas.
