The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, providing customer support, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable products and services. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Knowledge of basic billing Strong Communication skills Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills Proven experience in Sales and lead generation. Participation in Training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in telesales or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
