Job Title : Manager/Senior Manager – Human Resources Location : Noida Experience Required : 10 to 15 Years Industry Preference : Staffing & Recruitment Industry Job Type : Full-time Reporting To : Director – Global Operations About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Senior HR Professional to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions within our organization for GCC Countries (UAE , QATAR, OMAN , SAUDI ARABIA,EGPYT) . The ideal candidate must come with extensive experience in the staffing industry and have worked with both domestic and international clients or regions. You will be instrumental in driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing operations across HR verticals, and playing a critical role in building an inclusive, performance-driven, and people-first culture. Key Responsibilities: 1 .⁠ ⁠Strategic HR Leadership: Drive all overall HR Strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans. Partner with senior leadership to implement key HR initiatives supporting business objectives. Drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives. Play a key role in change management, performance culture building, and leadership development. 2. Consultant & Client Interaction (Front-Ending Role): Act as the first point of contact for all consultant-related HR matters. Manage regular follow-ups with consultants for timesheet submissions, leave coordination, documentation, and query resolutions. Handle client escalations and consultant grievances professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, consultants, and clients for seamless operations. 3. ⁠HR Operations: Lead and manage daily HR functions including induction, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Administer and process payroll, attendance, timesheets, and leave tracking. Coordinate and support consultants in visa processing, renewals, and documentation related to UAE and other Gulf labour laws. Maintain HR MIS, databases, and ensure audit-ready records at all times. 4.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and other GCC country labour regulations, especially for onsite consultants. Ensure complete documentation and legal compliance for international deployments. Monitor statutory compliance, contracts, agreements, and company policies. 5.⁠ ⁠Onboarding to Exit Management: Oversee entire onboarding process including offer letter issuance, background verification, induction sessions, and system setup. Manage end-to-end exit processes – clearance, knowledge transfer, full & final settlements, exit interviews, and relieving formalities. Ensure smooth transitions and documentation for all departing consultants. 6 .⁠ ⁠Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Design and manage effective talent acquisition strategies. Oversee recruitment for key leadership and operational roles. Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams for optimal staffing. Leverage data and market trends to forecast hiring needs. 7.⁠ ⁠ Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Address and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and escalations. Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning. 8.⁠ ⁠Performance Management & Learning Development: Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs). Facilitate learning and development programs to support employee growth. Build succession planning and leadership development initiatives. 9.⁠ ⁠Reporting & HR Metrics: Prepare and present monthly HR dashboards and reports to leadership. Analyse attrition trends, manpower planning data, and provide actionable insights. 10.⁠ ⁠ Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for client HR escalations and relationship management. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR expectations and deliver accordingly. Support business development teams. 11.⁠ ⁠ Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals across locations. Promote collaboration and a high-performance work culture. Provide coaching and development to HR team members. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Strong background in the staffing/recruitment industry is a must. Demonstrated experience in handling international HR operations (US, UK, Middle East, or APAC). • Deep understanding of labour laws, HR trends, and global HR practices. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
