We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment and contract staffing industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships. Location – Onsite (Noida) Shift Timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (9 am – 6 pm EST) Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Tier 1 clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Tier 1 clients/ Prime vendors, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the US staffing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
