Tech (Electrical) Experience: 12 - 15 years in the construction of 220KV & 400KV Sub-Station Projects on a turnkey basis Company Site - Mangal Electrical Industries Ltd Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Projects & Business Development (Transmission Projects) to lead and oversee the execution of 220KV & 400KV substation projects . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transmission project execution, business development, and stakeholder management . Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Lead the planning, execution, and completion of 220KV & 400KV substation projects on a turnkey basis. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per industry standards & regulatory guidelines . Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for project approvals and smooth execution. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality control & safety compliance . Business Development & Tendering Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transmission sector . Lead the tendering & bidding process for government & private contracts , ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to expand business opportunities. Team & Stakeholder Management Manage project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance optimization. Engage with senior management, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives. Prepare and present project status reports & business development strategies . Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in 220KV & 400KV substation construction & transmission projects . Knowledge of tendering, contracts, and regulatory compliance in the power sector. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office . Why Join Us?
