Catalog Specialist

At Beebom, we’re working on our new project—Beebom Gadgets, our project focuses on helping users in their buying decisions. As a Catalog Specialist, you’ll be at the core of this project, managing and optimizing product content to ensure accuracy, discoverability, and a seamless user experience. Collaborating with our marketing, merchandising, and tech teams, you’ll help shape the way our audience interacts with the latest gadgets. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce content management, catalog operations, or SEO Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, CMS platforms, and SEO tools like Google Search Console & Screaming Frog Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or Flipkart Seller Hub Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset to enhance content quality Knowledge of HTML, JSON-LD, website crawling tools, or automation in catalog management will be a PLUS Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a PLUS Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings with the right titles, descriptions, and specifications, while ensuring proper taxonomy and categorization for easy navigation Optimize listings and meta tags for search visibility, implementing (Schema Markup) to improve rich snippets Collaborate with the SEO team to boost rankings for category and product pages Conduct regular audits to ensure product data accuracy (pricing, images, specifications), monitor for orphan pages and broken links Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to onboard new SKUs to enhance backend systems and automation Develop and refine content workflows, use bulk-upload tools, APIs, and automation to manage large catalogs efficiently, and resolve marketplace errors (Google Merchant Center, Amazon, etc.) Analyze performance metrics to track content effectiveness and drive continuous improvements Research market trends and competitor strategies for product catalog structuring Gather and verify product specifications to create detailed, structured content As we grow Beebom’s Gadget, you’ll be a key part of the team, helping shape the way people shop for the latest gadgets.
