Head of Contracts

Head - Contract ( for International Projects ) Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech Civil) Postgraduate specialization in Contract Management from NICMAR/RICS. Additional Qualification: LLB or LLM is desirable Experience: Construction Industry Experience: 20 years of experience, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. Contract Management Expertise: At least 08-10 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in international project contract administration under FIDIC, ICC, JCT and NEC frameworks. Project Closeout & Claims Management: Demonstrated success in the contractual closeout of at least 8 international projects, including claims and arbitration. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Extensive experience in handling international disputes and arbitration, with a strong Key Skills and Competencies: Contract Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FIDIC, ICC, JCT and NEC contractual terms and conditions. Negotiation & Leadership Skills: Proven skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in contract review and document preparation. Job Description This role involves overseeing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, managing disputes, and facilitating seamless project administration from start to finish. To provide expert guidance on all forms of contracts including FIDIC, ICC, JCT and NEC-based contracts and lead high-stakes dispute resolution and arbitration efforts, particularly for international infrastructure projects
